Congrats on becoming a vendor at this amazing event! Go ahead and give yourself a pat on the back for being so darned wonderful. When you are done celebrating (take your time) please send along your payment (unless you have already paid) and 'Signed contract'. Don't forget to let everyone you know about this event! Share on your Website, social media, tweet it, blog it, post it, and don't forget to invite your mom! Then put the following dates in your calendar:August 15th 2014: deadline for vendor payment via cheque or Paypal

Sept 25th 2014:
Deadline for Swag Bag Items. Although this is not required, we encourage all vendors to provide 50 items for our swag bags. Swag Bags are a highly successful way for us to draw crowds early in the evening. BUT DON"T PANIC you can donate anything from a small item like a discount coupon to be used at the show, magnet or business card or a handmade item of your own, or nothing at all..it's your choice.

Media coverage includes the legendary local CHEK news who will be promoting this event on their FB page as well as their website!! In return for promoting our event we will be offering a gift basket for a giveaway to one of their fans!

On September 27th: Set up runs from noon until 3:45. All vendors will get a set up 4 X 6 ft table with two chairs, including white table linen.
